Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Labour and Employment is inviting applications for the post of Personal Assistant on a deputation basis in the office of Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ahmedabad. In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the applicants’ age maximum restriction for appointment through deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the application deadline.

As stated in the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the position is in the General Central Service (Group B, non-gazetted, Ministerial) and has a pay scale of Level 6 (Rs.35400-112400/-) in the 7th CPC pay matrix. Pay and allowances, as well as other deputation conditions, will be governed by the DOPT’s rules as they become available. As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the first period of deputation must be 01 year, which may be extended up to three years subject to suitability or until the post is filled by regular direct recruitment, whichever comes first. Willing and eligible applicants may be sent (in duplicate), after duly certifying the details given by the candidate in the Bio-data in the enclosed proforma, along with their complete up-to-date ACRS (attested photocopies of the last five years) and Vigilance Clearance Certificate, to the undersigned on the following address, latest within one month from the date of issue of this circular. The opening date of the application form is 04-10-2023.

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required eligibility criteria for transfer on a deputation basis are as under:

  • The persons holding analogous post regularly is in the Central Government.
  • The candidates should possess the qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruitment rules.
  • The candidates should have 10 plus 2 from a recognized Board.
  • Skill Test norms Dictation 10 Minutes @ 100 W.P.M., Transcription: 40 Minutes (Eng.) 55 Minutes (Hindi) (on computer).

Tenure for Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023: 

As stated in the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the initial period of deputation must be 01 year, which may be extended up to 03 years subject to suitability or until the post is filled by direct recruitment on a regular basis, whichever comes first. The terms of deputation and employee service conditions are subject to change and will be determined by the Government of India.

Salary for Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023: 

As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023, the post is in the General Central Service (Group B, non-gazetted, Ministerial) with a salary scale of Level 6 (Rs.35400- Rs.112400) in the 7th CPC pay matrix. Pay and allowances, as well as other deputation conditions, will be governed by the guidelines provided by the DOPT from time to time.
