JGM/ Electrical-

• candidate will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs.80,000.

DGM/Electrical-

• The candidate will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs.70,000.

For Manager Electrical, Manager/OHE and Manager/S&T

• The candidate will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs.60,000.

Works Engineer/Electrical-

• The candidate will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs.36,000.

Site Supervisor Electrical-

• The candidate will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs.25,000.

Qualifications  Required for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

The following qualifications are mentioned below, in order to apply for the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023.

For JGM/ Electrical, DGM/Electrical-

• Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in. Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University approved by AICTE with not less than 60% Marks or equivalent grade.

For Manager Electrical, Manager/OHE-

• Aspirants must have a Bachelor’s degree in. Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University approved by AICTE with not less than 60% Marks or equivalent grade.

For Manager/S&T-

• Aspirants should have a graduation degree with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the specializations such as Electrical Engg, Electronics Engg, Electrical and Electronics Engg, Electronics and Communication Engg, Electronics and Instrumentation Engg.

For Works Engineer/Electrical-

• Candidate must have a graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

For Site Supervisor Electrical-

• Candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Experience for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, there are the following experiences required for the mentioned post:

For JGM/ Electrical-

• The applicant should have 3 years’ experience in Electrical construction in Railways, Metro/ Power Transmission/ Power Distribution.

For DGM/Electrical-

• Applicants must have a minimum of 9 years experience in Electrical construction in Railways, Metro/ Power Transmission/ Power Distribution.

For Manager Electrical-

• Candidates should have experience in Railway OHE /Power Supply/SCADA. E&M, Electrical utility Diversion shall be preferred.

For Manager/OHE-

• Aspirants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical construction works in Railways, Metro Rail and State Electricity Board OHE Experience will be preferred.

Tenure for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

The appointment will be initially for a period of 1 year. The contract may be further extended after 1 year as per the requirements of the company, according to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023.
