Qualification and Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

For Deputy General Manager – Bridges and Structures-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 Years of qualification Experience working in Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organizations in areas of Bridge Structures on National Highways.

For Manager – Technical-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 05 Years of qualification Experience working in Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organizations in areas of National Highways preferably on four-lane highways.

For Deputy Manager – Technical-

• The candidate should have a valid GATE Score in 2021/2022/2023 in civil Engineering (Subject Code: CE) as of the last date of application.
• The candidate should have a Post Qualification Experience in areas of National Highways preferred.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates for NHAI Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a period of 03 years, which may be further extended subject to the requirements of NHIPMPL and the performance of the candidate. The place of posting will be Delhi or anywhere in India.
