Qualification and Experience for Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, applicants must have the following academic qualifications and experiences given below:

For Project Manager-

• The candidates must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in the execution of large infrastructure projects like the construction of Bus Depot, Multi-storied buildings, and Commercial complexes. Out of the 20 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience shall be exclusively in Infrastructure construction. The incumbent should be familiar with contract management related to large infrastructure projects. Should have knowledge and skill in the management of FIDIC conditions of contract, Quality Control and assurance system in civil construction, Safety Implementation and Program Monitoring. 
• The candidates should have work experience in Structures of Multimodal facility complex infrastructure will be an added advantage.

For Joint Project Manager (Structures)-

• The candidates should be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of an M. E / M. Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferred.
• The applicants must have a minimum post-qualification experience of 15 years in planning and design of Bus Depot, Multi-storied buildings, and Commercial complexes. Out of the 15 years of experience, a minimum of 08 years of experience in the design of Infrastructure projects is essential. Hands-on knowledge of various computer applications, relating to the job and well-versed with various design software would be preferred.
• The applicants should be familiar with the Standard Indian & Euro Codes and Practices followed in India for Buildings, Bridges, Tunnels and UG stations.

For Deputy Project Manager (Construction)-

• The applicants should be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience in the execution of large infrastructure projects like the construction of Bus Depot, Multi-storied buildings, and Commercial complexes. Out of the 13 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience shall be exclusively in Infrastructure projects. The incumbent should be familiar with contract management related to large infrastructure projects. Should have knowledge and skill in the management of FIDIC conditions of contract, Quality Control and Assurance system in civil construction, Safety Implementation and Program Monitoring.
• The applicants should have work experience in underground structures / Multimodal facility complex infrastructure will be an added advantage.
