Qualification for IPRCL Recruitment 2023:

• Applicant should have two years full-time Master’s Degree in Personnel Management & IR or MBA with specialization in HR or MHRD/ MLS or MSW or Two years full-time post-graduate diplomas in Personnel Management & IR/HR.
• The above Master’s Degree / Diploma should be from a recognized University (Not applicable for candidates applying on Deputation and Reemployment)

Age Limit for IPRCL Recruitment 2023:

• For Deputation: Upto 57 years.
• For Contract:

1. For JGM (HR) – Up to 45 years
2. For DGM (HR)- Up to 42 years
3. For Sr. Mgr.(HR)- Up to 40 years

• For Re-employment annual contract basis: Upto 63 years.

Salary for IPRCL Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates will be paid up to Rs. 220000 each month in line with the official HPPSC Recruitment 2023 notification.

For Appointment on Deputation:

• E-5/E-4/E-3 Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy

For appointment on contract for Officers presently working in CDA/IDA Scale:

• E-5 80000-220000/ E-4 70000-200000/E-3 60000- 180000+ IDA+HRA + Allowances under cafeteria approach @35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as admissible in IPRCL. Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines.

For appointment on Contract for Officers presently working in the Private Sector:

• E-5 80000-220000/ E-4 70000-200000/E-360000- 180000+ IDA + HRA + Allowances under cafeteria approach @35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as admissible in IPRCL. The selected candidate shall be placed at the minimum of Basic Pay.

Tenure Period for IPRCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IPRCL Recruitment 2023, the tenure period for the assigned position is given below.

• On usual terms of Deputation for 03 years OR
• On Contract for 03 years extendable further upto 02 years based on the performance of the candidate and requirement of the Company OR
• On Re-employment annual contract basis is extendable further based on the performance of the candidate and the requirements of the Company.
