For Deputy General Manager-

For Assistant Manager-

For Admin Officer (Grade – 1)-

• The applicant’s upper age limit must be 27 years. 

Qualification for BEML Recruitment 2023:

For Deputy General Manager-

• The applicants should have two years of full-time First Class – Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or MBA (with HR as Major) / Post Graduate Diploma / Program in Management in HR / IR / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management) from a recognised university /institution Degree in Law will be an added advantage.

For Assistant Manager and Manager-

• The candidates should have first Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or its equivalent from any recognized university with English as a subject at the Degree Level. 
• The candidates ‘ preference will be given to those having a Ph. D. in Hindi. 

Experience for BEML Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, the required experience of the candidates is given below:

For Deputy General Manager-

• The applicants must have post-qualification experience from an organisation of repute in one or more areas of Human Resource Development / Human Relations / Talent Acquisition / Industrial Relations / Compliance with Statutory requirements / Contract Labour management.
• The applicants must have experience/ exposure in the development of employee engagement systems/performance management systems / Learning and development will be an added advantage.

For Assistant Manager and Manager-

• The applicants must have prescribed post-qualification professional experience in terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa including translation of technical or scientific literature.

Pay Scale for BEML Recruitment 2023: 

Based on the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, the chosen applicants for given positions will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs.240000.

Mode of Selection for BEML Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, the Admin Officer selection will be based on the Written exam (MCQ Type) to assess the candidate’s ability in General Intelligence and Aptitude, English Language, Numerical Aptitude and General Awareness.
