• The candidate should have Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in various aspects of HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour Management/Organizational Development in Public Sector Undertakings in large and reputed Private Companies (minimum annual turnover of Rs. 75 crores).
