Assistant Manager:

Senior Manager:

Business Development-

Manager:

• Applicant should have at least 09 years post qualification Executive/Officer experience in a Power Sector Company/Consultancy Company out of which a minimum of 05 years in the area of Business Development/Marketing Functions/Tendering Processes/ Bid Management in the Power sector.
• Preference shall be given to candidates working in a consulting business/company and conversant with financial/Tariff modelling, bid Guidelines, and Bid management. Project appraisal, statutory and regulatory approval, government. guidelines, applicable regulations, sensitivity analysis, acquisition of power plants, due diligence related to asset acquisition, etc.
  Coal Mining Project

Assistant Manager:

• The candidates must have at least 01 year of post-qualification Executive/Officer experience in a Power Sector company/Consultancy Company in the area of Business Development/Marketing Functions/Tendering Processes/ Bid Management in the Power sector.

Coal Mining Project-

Deputy Manager:

• Applicant should have at least 05 years post-qualification Executive/Officer experience in the field of coal mines.
• Preference shall be given to candidates who are Conversant with safety aspects, statutory and regulatory requirements, handling mine contracts, material management, etc.

Renewable Energy Project

Assistant Manager:

• Candidate should have post-qualification Executive/Officer experience of 1 year, in the field of either Construction installation, or commissioning or O and M in Renewable Energy projects of minimum installed capacity of 100 MW.
• Preference shall be given to the candidate having experience in Solar PV communication with Necessary Approvals, TBCB Guidelines, MoP and MNRE Guidelines, CERC Regulations, Grid codes, CEA regulations, etc.

Senior Manager:

• The candidates should have at least 13 Years post-qualification experience in the executive/Officer cadre, out of which a minimum of 3 years in immediate lower grade/Scale (CDA/IDA).
