Education Ministry: NEET UG 2024 Revised Results Yet Not Declared, Official Update Still Awaited
NEET UG 2024 Revised Results: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has yet not declared the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) 2024 Revised Results. Education Ministry, “The revised results for NEET UG (2024) have not been declared yet. Kindly wait for the official information.” As per the official declaration, NTA has said today it will release the NEET UG 2024 results after revising the NEET UG 2024 result as per the physics answers released by the IIT-Delhi panel at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
The Link activated for the NEET UG 2024 revised scorecard on the NTA official website was for 1,563 candidates who attended the NEET UG 2024 Re-test on June 23, 2024. Hence, students are suggested to wait for the NEET UG 2024 Revised Results declaration for further admission processes.
When the Supreme Court dismissed the petitions on the cancellation of the NEET UG 2024 exam, it concluded that there was insufficient evidence to draw the conclusion that there had been a “systemic breach” of the sanctity of the NEET UG exam. But it had sought the view of IIT Delhi over the contentious physics issue, which resulted in the giving of grace marks. As per the records, out of the 61 NEET toppers, the physics questions have benefitted 44 candidates. If 44 students had not opted for the fourth option which is now considered to be correct, then the number of NEET UG 2024 toppers would decreased to 17.
Earlier, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) committed that it will organise the NEET UG 2024 counselling on July 24, 2024. However, the counselling date is too being delayed. The NEET UG 2024 counselling is conducted for admissions into the MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other UG medical courses. The NEET UG 2024 counselling will be held in four different rounds.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the NEET UG revised scorecards, results, download link and information regarding the candidates who gained top ranks officially at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. Candidates will just log in using their Application Number, Date of Birth or Password in order to view their NEET UG 2024 scorecards, and results.
On Tuesday, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the NEET UG 2024 Revised Results will be updated after two days.
Mr Pradhan replied to the comment of Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Twitter stating that when the congress government came into power in Rajasthan, multiple cases of paper leaks came. Said, “Our government wants to ensure zero-error and tamper-proof exams. This is the reason why a few exams have been stalled and postponed,”
