RRB Group D 2024: Notification Soon, Check Exam Date, Selection Process, Syllabus and Eligibility

RRB Group D 2024: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are soon expected to release the RRB Group D 2024 notification in October/December. The recruitment will open to fill up the posts of Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant in various technical departments (Electrical, Mechanical and S&T departments), Assistant Pointsman, and Level-1 posts in other departments of Indian Railways. Candidates who fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official notification will need to fill out the application forms online in order to apply for the RRB Group D 2024 recruitment.

In accordance with the RRB Group D 2024 eligibility, candidates must have an age between 18 to 33 years old to fill in the application forms. Candidates who are willing to apply for the technical departments should have passed Class 10 (High School) and have a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by the National Council for Vocational Training. Candidates who have passed Class 10 and ITI will be considered eligible to appear in the exam. The selection process of the RRB Group D 2024 will include a Computer Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification and Medical Exam. Candidates who want to apply for the RRB Group D 2024 must possess the age limit as per the below criteria:

Questions from General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Awareness and Current Affairs are included in the RRB Group D CBT exam schedule. The exam lasts for 90 minutes. The exam has a total of 100 marks. Candidates receive one mark in the CBT for each right answers. For incorrect answers, one-third of the mark is lost.
