Territorial Army Recruitment 2024: Apply For 1185 Vacancies For Multiple Posts
Territorial Army Recruitment 2024:Territorial Army is accepting applications for eight Infantry Battalions and two Home and Hearth Battalions for the States and UTs of Zone-1 (UT of Ladakh, UT of J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, UT of Chandigarh and NCT Delhi) for an engagement of soldier (GD), Clerk, Chef, Cook Mess, Chef Special, Steward, Artisan Metallurgy, Artisan Wood wor, Dresser and other posts. The candidate will be appointed for an initial period of 07 years, where extensions beyond the initial 07 (seven) years are subject to organizational requirements and fulfilment of other criteria.
According to the official notification of Territorial Army Recruitment 2024, There are 1185 vacancies as stated in the official Territorial Army Recruitment 2024 notification. Candidate’s Selection process will comprise of Physical and Medical Examination and candidates who qualify for the Physical and Medical Examination will undergo a written examination, the Question Paper of which will be bilingual (English & Hindi). The applicant willing to apply for the aforementioned position should not be less than 18 years old and should not be more than 42 years old. Selected candidates will have to undergo training at nominated Training Centers anywhere in India or abroad as decided by the competent authority. After enrolment, the first two years of training, if an individual is unlikely to become an efficient soldier, they would be discharged from TA Service.
