Many taxpayers face difficulties while registering under GST. Whether it is the initial registration, cancellation, or other GST-related issues, the process could be confusing for some taxpayers. Therefore, to provide support, the CGST Delhi Zone has encouraged the taxpayers to reach out to them for assistance.

The department has recently shared a post on Platform X saying, “Experiencing challenges with new GST registration, cancellation, or other GST-related matters? CGST Delhi Zone is here to support & assist you…”.

Therefore, the taxpayers need not struggle anymore and can contact CGST Delhi Zone to get help with GST-related difficulties.

The department has mentioned the contact email for the resolution of grievances. The taxpayers can contact CGST Delhi Zone via email at [email protected].

On Saturday, May 31, 2025, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman supported the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) after it released a detailed clarification about social media allegations of delays and corruption in the process of GST registration.

This happened after a user on Platform X shared a screenshot of posted allegations by a LinkedIn user who claimed that they had waited for 20 days without receiving GST registration approval and alleged corruption in the process.
