Central Government Appoints Appellate Authorities Under Section 111(3) of OSHWC Code, 2020
The Ministry of Labour and Employment has recently issued a notification dated May 13, 2026, on the appointment of officers of local jurisdiction for appeals under Section 111(3) of the OSHWC Code, 2020.
The Central Government has appointed specific officers as appellate authorities under Section 111(3) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020. The appointments have been made by officially notifying the names of the officers and the local limits of their jurisdiction in a table issued by the government.
