Aadhaar Amendment Deadline extended upto 30th June 2022
Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution has extended the Aadhaar Amendment Deadline upto 30th June 2022 for seeding of Ration Card and its beneficiaries.
Earlier this date was 31st March 2022.
The Notification is given below for reference.
To Avoid Misuse of Aadhaar Card, Lock and Unlock it When Needed
The Government set the price of penalty for not linking Aadhaar with PAN after the due date is Rs.1000/-. Any Individual who failed to link his/her Aadhar with PAN within the time limit given has to Rs,1000/- as a penalty.
The due date for the same is 31/03/2022. With the Extension of the above due date, there are chances that Aadhaar PAN linking due date might also be extended again.
