AICTE Academic Calendar Out For 2023-24: Classes Begin From September, Direct Link to Download Pdf

AICTE Academic Calendar 2023-24: The academic calendar for the 2023-24 session was published yesterday, 4 April 2023 by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Candidates can download It from the council’s official website. According to the AICTE’s academic calendar for 2023-24, institutes authorized by the council must begin classes for first-year students on or before September 15. According to the AICTE, September 15 is also the last date for lateral entry into second-year Engineering and Technology courses.

The AICTE’s deadline for giving approval or refusal to technical institutions (except standalone PGDM/ PGCM institutions) is June 10. The deadline for giving approval after an appeal is June 30. The deadline for granting affiliation by the university/board is July 31, 2023. The deadline for canceling of seats in technical courses with a full fee refund is September 11, 2023.

PGDM and PGCM Institutes: The deadlines for granting or refusing approval for PGDM and PGCM institutes are as follows – June 10 for granting or refusing approval, June 30 for granting approval after an appeal, September 11 for cancellation of admission with a full fee refund, and September 15 for the last date of admission, according to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The calendar for various activities for institutes offering open/ODL courses will be in accordance with UGC policy, according to AICTE.
