Airtel is hiring an experienced Analyst-P2P at their Gurugram, Haryana, India locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Payment Monitoring

• Process domestic & foreign payments for Suppliers, Vendors, and Employees (CTC & NON-CTC) claims as per process and ensure full compliance as per Internal Rules.
• Prepare & compile various weekly/monthly reports pertaining to Process & Financials.
• Prepare fund forecast, cash flow & MIS projections to Corporate/Group Treasury.
• Handle liquidity system and effective cash management system.
• Handle all types of queries related to payments and respond promptly while ensuring FTR.
• Handle all the accounting affairs related to all types of remittances.

Process Optimization

• Identify gaps and improvement areas to enhance the efficiency of the existing processes.
• Study best practices in the industry to inculcate the tools and technologies within the systems.

People Management

• Work closely with the team for seamless execution of the tasks.

Knowledge, Certifications and Experience

• Education Qualification B.Com

Knowledge of Banking Operations

• Total Experience 2+ years of relevant work experience with Banks/Treasury Operations
• Certifications required (if any) NA

Key Interactions

Internal and External Stakeholders

• (Internal means – External to the department and internal to the organization; External means – External to the organization)
• Internal Group Treasury, Business Finance, SCM , Circle Operations, Payroll Team & Cross Functional Team
• External Banks, Statutory/Internal Auditors
