Overview:

Airtel is hiring an experienced Product Manager at their Gurgaon location. The product manager will be responsible for developing and handling special payment projects like UPI International, IVR, Feature Phones.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The job involves ground up building of the division, researching and identifying new opportunities, prioritizing products based on market need, ideating and implementing new products and handling go-to-market strategies with acquisition targets.
• Detailed market research, market opportunity identification, user profiling, and segmentation. Doing extensive AB testing and engage in data-driven product management
• Define the new product roadmap and priorities based on market need for lending and commercial cards business line.
• Identify and articulate product feature set, build prototypes to test internally and through user research, and refine solutions in the face of data and other findings

• Work with engineering, marketing, and business teams to put in place a clear product roadmap and build features on the basis of market research and customer experience.
• Recommend the nature and scope of new products by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product feature ideas
• Actively identify and optimize opportunities for commercialization and launch of products
• Take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile, and product experiences.
• Contribute new features to the product development
• Approve or disapprove product features
• Influence decision making and timeline.
• Identify potential risks and issues in product management
