Allahabad Bank invites Proposal for Conducting GST audit of the Bank

The complete set of RFP documents may be purchased by a bidder on payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 10,000/ - (Rupees Ten Thousand only) by Demand Draft (from any SCB/ Nationalized Bank) in favour of Allahabad Bank, payable at Kolkata. The prospective bidders are advised to note the following: The Bank expects the interested Bidders to purchase the hardcopy of the complete RFP document including all annexure and forms from the Banks premises during the business hours as per schedule. The interested bidders are required to submit the Non-refundable Tender Document Fees of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) by way of demand draft from any Scheduled commercial bank in favour of Allahabad Bank, payable at Kolkata to receive the RFP document. 1. Representatives of bidders who attend the pre-bid meeting are required to carry an authorization document from the company, an identity card for attending the meeting. 2. Bidders are required to submit demand draft drawn in favour of Allahabad Bank, payable at Kolkata towards Earnest money Deposit (EMD) for Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) along with the completed confirmation of the Eligibility Criteria in a separate envelope, as stated in Section 8.12 Earnest Money Deposit. Offers made without EMD will be rejected. 3. Technical Specifications, Commercial Bid Format documents, Terms and Conditions and various formats for submitting the tender offer are described in the RFP document and Annexure& Forms. 4. Tender offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening of the responses at the specified date, time and place.
