Max Life Insurance is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Training Operations at their Gurugram location.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Logistics: – Ensure all logistics and material support required for all training sessions organised by DCC
• Printing & stock management: – Coordination, Dispatch of orders received from different offices / HO on time & keep track of dispatches.
• R&R – Annual Awards, contests for DCC: – Timely Printing & Distribution of awards with 100% accuracy as per budget available for various accounts – Annual, Quarter & Impact Event
• Liaison with the procurement, vendor, content team & patch owners for the roll out of new / change contents.
• Design end-to-end processes for reporting of data along with frequency and stakeholders
• Oversee performance of training operations teams to ensure adherence to service level standards
• Drive continuous process improvements & facilitate better internal synergies, by building strong relationships across business and corporate functions
• Ensure adherence to operational risk controls across all critical processes and oversee implementation of improvement opportunities for enhanced risk mitigation
• Coordinating with Finance team for timely Vendor payments
