Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda, a Government of India Enterprise, invites applications from eligible candidates for the appointment of Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisor on a contract basis. As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the recruitment will be done for one vacant post at the Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Idukki Centers in the state of Kerala. The shortlisted candidates would be paid between Rs.10,000 and Rs.15,000 per month. Candidates applying for this position must be between the ages of 21 and 45 at the time of appointment. The contract will be for 36 months and will be reviewed after one year.

For Retired Bank Employees
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) seeking this position must have worked in any PSU bank up to the level of Chief Manager. He/she should be a retired clerk and Bank of Baroda equivalent who has passed JAIIB and has a strong track record. All applicants who are retired bank workers must have at least three years of rural banking experience. The maximum age for continuing as a BC supervisor will be 65.
For Young Candidates
Candidates must be graduates with computer expertise (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.); however, qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA would be preferred.
