RITES Recruitment 2023: RITES Limited (Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited), Ministry of Railways, Government of India has invited Online Applications from Dynamic and Hardworking Professionals Eligible for Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil Engineering) Posts with 20 Vacancies including 12 Vacancies for Un-Reserved Category Individuals vide this RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 01.06.2023. The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice mandates the Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE 2023 Scorecard Eligibility for completing the Online Registration well ahead of the Crucial Date stipulated as 30.06.2023.
Note: “Applications have also been invited from Eligible Candidates for filling of 10 Vacancies of GET vide Vacancy Circular No. 70/23 on the basis of GATE Score 2023”. The Notified 20 vacancies are in addition to the Vacancy already published by VC No. 70/23. It is clarified that these Additional 20 Vacancies will be clubbed with the 10 Vacancies already advertised and a common Scrutiny will be conducted during the Selection Process.
Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE 2023 Scorecard those having gained the notified Eligibility must complete the Online Application Process with the Requisite Application/Examination Fee and other Particulars within the Timeline.

Selection Methodology: Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE 2023 Scorecard
The Monthly Pay in accordance with the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, shall accrue to the Candidates post-Selection explained hereunder:
The Selected Candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.40000-140000 during the Training Period with starting Basic Pay Rs.40000. Candidates from Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings are Eligible for protection of their Basic Pay in accordance with the RITES’ Policy depending upon Merits of the case. Besides Basic pay, they will be paid Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) during the Training Period.
Post-successful completion of the Training Period, the Candidates shall be engaged as Engineer in IDA Pay Scale Rs. 40000-140000, and would be paid Basic Pay Plus DA, Fixed/Variable Allowances as applicable in the Scale, Performance Related Pay, Medical Facilities, HRA/Lease Accommodation, Attractive Superannuation Package consisting of Contribution to the Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, Post Retirement Medical Scheme with Other Benefits.
As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Age Limit for General Merit/Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.06.2023 is as follows:
Age Limit:
i) Open Merit Candidates: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 Years
ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Rules described in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice
The Eligibility vide the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy for Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) Post is as follows:
A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent/Analogous/Synonymous/Similar Qualification in 1st Class with Minimum 60% Marks for General Category/EWS Class Candidates and 50% Marks for Reserved Community Candidates.
The Selection Criteria under RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice mandates certain Criteria; Valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering)-2023 Score in Civil Engineering Discipline.
The Selection Parameter for Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE 2023 Scorecard involves 02 Stages; Aggregate 100 Marks allocated for Selection of the GETs (Civil Engineering) as I) GATE Marks (Out of 100 Marks) with Weightage of 75% and II) Interview: 25%.
RITES Selection Committee shall subject the Probationary Candidates to clear the Screening Test for confirmation of their Services at the end of the Probation Period. Those, Whoever fail to qualify in the Screening Test, will have the Probation Period extended and further action taken in accordance with the Policy of the RITES.
Each and every Candidate selected for Graduate Engineer Trainee Post will also need to execute a Service Agreement Bond to serve RITES Limited for Minimum 03 Years. Each of the General Category Candidates and Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) shall have to furnish a Service Agreement of Rs.1.00 Lac Plus GST. Reserved (EWS/SC/ST/PwBDs) Community Candidate shall need to execute a Service Bond of Rs.50000.

i) General/OBC Candidates: Rs.600 Plus Applicable Taxes
