Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the age range for young candidates will be 21 to 45 years, with the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors being 65 years. This is in contrast to retired bank employees, who will have to be at least 65 years old and have at least three years of experience in rural banking.

Eligibility for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisors position must have the following eligibility.

Retired Bank Employees

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

Young Candidates

A graduate with computer expertise (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) is required as a minimum qualification. However, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for a period of 36 months subject to annual review.

IIBF- BC certification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the IIBF – BC Certification is given below.

BC supervisors have three months from the date of joining to receive IIBF-BC certification. Upon successful completion of the course, Bank will once again repay the Registration Fee. If BC Certifications are not followed, the following penalties will be assessed:

1. From the 4th month to the 6th month, Rs 1000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
2. From the 7th to the 12th Month, Rs 2000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
3. After 12 months, their contract will not be renewed.
