As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible and Willing Candidates for Recruitment to Senior Managers in various Divisions on a Regular Basis for Risk Management Departments may apply.

Category-wise and Community-specific Age Limits are as follows:

i) The Un-Reserved Category Candidates (as on 01.01.2023) should be Minimum of 27 Years and must not exceed (Maximum) 40 Years.

ii) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates.

Preferred: CFA (CFA institute-USA) FRM (GARP) PRM (PRMIA) ESG (CFA Institute-USA) SCR (GARP)

For Post 08: The Eligible Candidates should have gained the Educational Qualifications explained hereunder:

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Full-Time MBA/PGDM/Equivalent as Full-Time Course any Accredited Institute.

Preferred: CFA (CFA Institute-USA), FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA)

For Post 09: The Eligible Candidates should have gained the Educational Qualifications explained hereunder:

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Company Secretary (CS)/ICWA/Full-Time MBA/PGDM/Equivalent as Full-Time Course from any Accredited Institute.

Experience: Minimum 05 Years Experience with Minimum 03 Years in the Departmental Post-specific.

Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Bank of Baroda Selection Selection Board upon receipt of the Candidate’s Online Application shall carry out a Scrutiny Process aimed at Shortlisting and subsequent round(s) of Personal Interview and/or any other Selection Method. The Shortlisted Candidates would be called in to attend the Interview Process involving Group Discussion, etc.
