Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda invites applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Business Correspondent Supervisors posts on a contractual basis. As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for seven (07) vacancies under Jalgaon Region (Jalgaon, Dhule & Nandurbar District). The Bank welcomes candidates who are ex-bankers in any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager, retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda belonging to Maharashtra, and any graduates with Computer knowledge. The candidates should be proficient in reading and writing the Marathi language. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary of up to 15,000 on fixed variable components. The maximum age for Retired Bank Employees to be appointed as BC supervisors will be 65 years, whereas young candidates should be between the ages of 21 and 45 years at the time of employment.
As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, the bank intends to appoint BC Supervisors for the above-mentioned districts in Maharashtra and Goa where Business Correspondents Agents are operational. The BC supervisors will report directly to the Regional Office FI Coordinators. The performance of the BC supervisors will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the Deputy Regional Heads in charge of financial inclusion operations.
