BCAS Recruitment 2023: Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, is inviting applications from eligible and willing candidates under the Central Government / State Governments or Union Territories or Central Armed Police Forces or Public Sector Undertakings or Recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous organization for filling up the various Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts from by deputation including short- term contract basis. There are a total of 98 vacancies for the given posts.
As per the BCAS Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates who are interested in Bureau of Civil Aviation Security Recruitment can apply through the official website from 23 January 2023 to 60 Days.
As per BCAS Recruitment 2023 notification, applications are invited for the following posts. There are 98 vacancies for the given posts in total.
1. CASLO Coordinator (equivalent to Inspector)
2. Senior Aviation Security Officer (SASO)
3. Aviation Security Officer (ASO), Deputy Aviation Security Officer (DASO)
4. Senior Aviation Security Assistant (SASA)
5. Aviation Security Assistant (ASA)
6. Staff Car Driver (Grade 1)
7. Staff Car Driver (Grade II)
8. Staff Car Driver (OG)
The candidates selected for these posts may be posted at BCAS Headquarters at New Delhi and its Twenty (20) Regional Offices located at Ahmadabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Srinagar, and Thiruvananthapuram Cochin.
As per BCAS Recruitment 2023 notification, the age of the candidate should as be given below:
For CASLO Coordinator (equivalent to Inspector)/ Senior Aviation Security Officer (SASO)/ ASO/ DASO/ SASA/ Staff Car Driver (Gr. I/II)/:
The age of the candidate for the above-mentioned posts should be below 56 years.
For DR/ Staff Car Driver (OG):
The age of the candidate for the above-mentioned posts should be below 52 years.
As per BCAS Recruitment 2023 notification, the eligible candidate should hold the following qualifications:
For CASLO Coordinator:
Holding analogous post on regular basis OR five years of regular service in level 6 in the pay matrix or equivalent with Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
For SASO:
The minimum qualification should be Holding an analogous post on regular basis OR five years regular service in level 6 in the pay matrix or equivalent with Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

The selected candidate will be placed at a pay scale between Level – 7 and Level- 2.
As per BCAS Recruitment 2023 notification, the contract will be initially for a period of three years to five years.
