Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy General Manager (DGM), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), New Delhi has invited Applications from Senior Experienced Officers Eligible for Appointment on 03 Posts: Personal Assistant/General Assistant (Grade III, Grade II, Grade I) on Deputation/Short-Term Contractual Basis through “Proper Channel” in the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA). As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, there are 10 Vacancies to be filled up against the 03 Posts Personal Assistant/General Assistant (Grade I/II/III) on Deputation (Short-Term Contractual) Basis.

Based on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Officers with the Desirable Eligibility comprising the Eligibility Criteria, Educational Qualification and Experience are Eligible to be considered for Selection on the Posts notified in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

The Cadre Controlling Authority/Employer under the Ministries Concerned/Government Departments/State Governments/UT Governments/ PSUs/Autonomous and Statutory Bodies may forward the Names with Applications in respect of the Officers who might be spared immediately upon Selection. The Last Date for the CCA/Employers toward submission of the duly completed Applications coupled with the Stipulated Documents through Email is 60 Days (02 Months) post issuance of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Notification in the Employment News.

II) Personal Assistant (PA) I/II/III Or General Assistant (GA) I/II/III Short-Term Contractual Basis from Officers of PSU/Autonomous/Statutory Bodies

Posting Location: NFRA Office, New Delhi

Appointment (Deputation/STC) Duration: 03 Years

Pay Scales under Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023:

Based on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Notification the Pay Scales Matrix prescribed for the Posts are as enumerated hereunder:

1) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (III): Rs.20650-44680-1875(1)

2) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (II): Rs.13150-34990

3) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (I): Rs.1094-23700

Maximum Age Limits for Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023:

As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for the Officer Applicant is as follows:

Age Limit: Not to exceed 56 Years

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility including Essential Educational Qualification, Desirable Experience, and Skills, etc., are as follows for all 03 Posts:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from any Accredited University or Equivalent.

Desirable:

i) Working Experience in dealing with Regulatory Authority/Statutory Bodies/Other Government Institutions;

ii) Working Knowledge of Computer.

iii) Skill in Stenographer and Typewriting.

Eligibility Criteria: Post-specific Eligibility Essential for Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis are as follows:

1) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (III):

Eligibility: Any Officer of Central Government/State Government/Union Territories

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department

ii) with Minimum 06-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Level 06 in the Pay Matrix or Equivalent.

2) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (II):

Eligibility: Any Officer of Central Government/State Government/Union Territories

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department

ii) with Minimum 04-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Level 05 in the Pay Matrix or Equivalent.

3) Personal Assistant / General Assistant (I):

Eligibility: Any Officer of Central Government/State Government/Union Territories

i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department

ii) with Minimum 02-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Level 03 in the Pay Matrix or Equivalent.

Selection Process under Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023:

Deputation Tenure: The Deputation Tenure (Including Short-Term Contractual) including the Deputation (ISTC) Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in Similar or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 (Three) Years. However, the Deputation Period may be extended for another 02 Years such that the Maximum Period of Deputation shall not exceed 05-Years.

The Employees appointed on Deputation to any of 03 Posts may elect to draw either the Pay in the Scale of Pay for the Posts/Or Individual Pay  with Deputation Allowance in the Parent Cadre.
