Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is hiring applicants for the post of Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager under various trades. There are 12 Vacancies for the above post.

Age Limit for BDL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the Deputy Manager post is 35 years and for the Assistant Manager post the maximum age limit is 28 years.

Qualification for BDL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the BDL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Deputy Manager (Sr. VLSI Designer /Sr. Embedded Designer)

Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5- Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electronics and Communication course from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with Post Graduate in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of VLSI or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute will be preferred.

Deputy Manager (RF and Microwave Designer)

Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute Candidates with Post Graduate in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of RF and Microwave Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute

Deputy Manager (Computer Vision Software Engineer)

Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with Post Graduate in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute will be preferred.

Deputy Manager (CAE/FEA Engineer)

Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with Post Graduate in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

Deputy Manager (QC-Mechanical)

Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with Post Graduate in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience for BDL Recruitment 2023:

The Experience required for the above post is given below.

Deputy Manager (Sr. VLSI Designer /Sr. Embedded Designer)

Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

• RTL design in Verilog, VHDL.
• Designing and implementing FPGA-based solution in Xilinx(AMD) or Altera (Intel) FPGA,
• Must have experience in synthesis and implementation using FPGA tools.
•  Experience in Timing closure.
• Knowledge of bus protocols and memory interfaces
• Knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA)
• SDK-based software development in Embedded C.
• Skills with scripting languages and tools (TCL, Python, Perl).
• Verification environment development using Verilog/System Verilog.

Assistant Manager (Control Systems)

Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

Essential Experience:

• Design of Control Actuation Systems
• Rotary and linear actuation systems
• Feedback sensors and control blocks
• Top Level Motor, Drive, and requirements

Desirable Experience:

• Quality Assurance requirements and techniques.
•  Exposure to testing of the actuator assembly.
• PCB Design knowledge including schematic capture.

Salary for BDL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the applicant selected for the Deputy Manager post will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.50000 -3% to Rs.160000 and for the Assistant Manager post will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.40000 -3% to Rs.140000. 

Application Fee for BDL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the applicant needs to pay an Application  Fee of Rs.300, and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal Employees– Permanent Employees of BDL are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
