Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is hiring aspirants for the post of Welfare Officer, JM (Public Relations), and Management Trainee in various fields. The number of vacant seats available for the given post is 45.

Age Limit for BDL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI certification, Welfare Officer, and JM (Public Relations) is 28 years, and the maximum age limit for all other posts is 27 years.

Application Fee for BDL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the application fee is Rs. 500, while SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Permanent employees are excluded from paying it. The payment will be made online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI etc.

Qualification for BDL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the BDL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

MT(Electronics)

First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electronics or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

MT (Mechanical)

First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

MT (Computer Science)

First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

MT (Chemical)

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Chemical or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute. OR
• First Class M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized University/institute.

MT (Finance)

• Pass in Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). OR
• Pass in Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICAI erstwhile ICWAI). OR
• First Class MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Discipline of 2 Years duration from a recognized University/ Institute.

Welfare Officer

• Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or in Law from a University recognized by the Government.
• Post Graduate degree or Diploma covering Labour Legislation with case law, Industrial relations.
• Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, and other allied subjects with Labour Welfare as a Special subject, of not less than 02 years duration conducted by a University of the State of Telangana or recognized by the Government of Telangana.
• Adequate knowledge of the Telugu Language.

JM (Public Relations)

First Class MBA / Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations/ Communication/ Mass Communication/ Journalism of 2 years from a recognized University/ Institute.

Salary for BDL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, Management Trainees would be paid a monthly pay ranging from Rs.40000 to Rs.140000, while Welfare Officers and JMs (Public Relations) will be paid a monthly salary ranging from Rs.30000 to Rs.130000.

Selection Procedure for BDL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, a written test (CBT) and an interview will be used to make the decision. Admit cards can be obtained by visiting the official website. Candidates who meet the cut-off marks in their discipline will be invited to an interview.

The CBoT will be of Two hours duration and will be in two parts comprising of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

• Part-I- 100 MCQs on the concerned subject/discipline.
• Part-II- 50 MCQs on General Aptitude

The test will be conducted in Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum and Visakhapatnam.
