Remunerations under BECIL Recruitment 2023:

Remunerations for  BECIL Recruitment 2023 for all the Posts is given below:

i) Station Master: Rs.22516 (Fixed) Per Month

ii) Officer Services (Human Resources & Administration): Rs. 24440 (Fixed) Per Month

iii) Assistant Services (Finance & Accounts): Rs.22516 (Fixed) Per Month

iv) Base Assistant: Rs.17446 (Fixed) Per Month

Age Limits for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

i) Station Master: 30 Years

ii) Officer Services (HRA): 30 Years

iii) Assistant Services (F&A): 28 Years

iv) Base Assistant: 28 Years

Eligibility for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

i) Station Master:

Eligibility: MBA/PG Degree with Specialization in Marketing from any Accredited University/Equivalent Institution.

Experience: 01-Year’s Post-Qualification Executive Experience in the Related Field.

ii) Officer Services (Human Resources & Administration),

Eligibility: MBA/PG Degree/Equivalent to MBA in HR from any Accredited University/Equivalent Institution.

Experience: 01 Year Post-Qualification Executive Experience in the Related Field.

iii) Assistant Services (Finance & Accounts)

Eligibility and Experience: B.Com from any Accredited University/Equivalent Institution with 03 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience/M.Com from Accredited University/Equivalent Institution with 01-Year’s Post-Qualification Experience.

iv) Base Assistant

Eligibility & Experience: Bachelor’s/Graduate Degree from Accredited University/Equivalent Institution with 03 Years’ Relevant Experience.

Selection Criteria for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

Selection on all 04 Posts shall be conducted in compliance with the Prescribed Norms and Requirement of the Job.

Preference in Selection to the Posts notified vide BECIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement shall be given to those having Aviation Experience.

In the light of the BECIL Recruitment 2023, Engagement/Empanelment of (to-be) Selected Work-Force/Manpower designated as i) Station Master (SM), ii) Officer Services (HRA), iii) Assistant Services (F&A) and iv) Base Assistant Purely on Fixed Term Contractual Basis for Deployment in the office of Pawan Hans Limited-Dehradun, Mandi, Haldwani, Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and Mumbai Bases.

Only Shortlisted Candidates as per the Post-specific Eligibility Criteria will be called for Selection Process by way of Intimation through Email/ Telephone/SMS.

The Candidates should take Printouts of their respective Online Application Forms after Online Submission to be retained together with them for Future Reference until Final Selection Process is carried out.
