Remuneration for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for BECIL Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 35000.

Age Limit for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BECIL Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

• For Sr. Account Assistant (Payrolls), Sr. Account Assistant (Account Receivables) and  Sr. Account Assistant- The upper age limit is 32 years.
• For Executive-HR- The upper age limit is 37 years.
• For  Supervisor (Cargo)- The upper age limit is 30 years.
• For Forklift operators and Handyman/Loader/MTS/HK- The upper age limit is 45 years.

Qualification for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

For Sr. Account Assistant (Payrolls), Sr. Account Assistant (Account Receivables) and  Sr. Account Assistant-

• B.COM from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 5 years experience as Sr. Account Assistant or above in finance & accounts after qualifying graduation, with/inclusive of at least one year experience in Account payrolls.

For Executive-HR-

• Regular MBA (HR) of 2 years duration from any recognized institution.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in the relevant field of HR, with good knowledge of noting & drafting. Preference will be given to those with experience in HR/Admin working with Govt./CPSE/SPSU etc.

For Supervisor (Cargo)-

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Should be able to supervise the team.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year experience in the cargo/aviation sector.

For Fork Lift operator-

• 10th pass.
• Valid Fork Lift License to operate a forklift.

For Handyman/Loader/MTS/HK-

• 10th pass for Handyman/Loader/MTS; and for HK-08th Pass.
• Physically Fit.
• Experience: Those who have a minimum of one year of experience in the Aviation/Logistics sector shall be given preference.
