BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navartna Company and India’s foremost professional electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, is looking for serving / retired Naval Officers for the role of Manager to join its Bengaluru Unit on an urgent basis. As per the official notification selected candidates will be posted to Kolkata for a few years and thereafter to Vizag based on the project requirements. Hence selected candidates should be willing to relocate to Kolkata / Vizag.

The candidate should not be not more than 45 years of age as on 01.12.2022. The last date for submission of application is 21st January 2023. 1. BE / B.Tech course from a reputed Institute / University in Electronics / Telecommunication/Communication / E&C / E&T with Pass class.

2. Should be in the rank of Commander or Lt. Commander with 4 years seniority in the rank with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience. 

3. Candidates who are applying on a re-employment basis should have been discharged on or after 01.01.2018. 

4. Should have preferably worked in the areas of Radar, Communication Systems & Weapon Control systems. 

5. Should have a working knowledge of network and communication systems.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates will be getting a salary between the pay scale of Rs 70000 – 3% – 200000 per month.

2. The selected candidate is expected to be well conversant with the operating environment of Ship Building Centres (SBC)/dockyards/maintenance depots/ Operational Platforms/MOs etc. of Indian Navy.
