BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Project Officer – I and Trainee Officer – I on a contract basis. As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 03 vacancies. Selected candidates for the Trainee Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years and the selected candidates for the post of Project Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. There is an opening for the Panchkula unit, Navi Mumbai Unit and Delhi Office.
As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the Trainee Officer post should be below the age of 28 years and the maximum age limit for applying for the post of Project Officer – I should be below the age of 32 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 40000 in their first year. Candidates should have MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject at the Degree level.
Candidates applying for the post of Project Officer – I should have 2 years relevant post-qualification experiences such as administrative work in Hindi, terminological work in Hindi, translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa, etc.. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered. The selection committee’s decision, with respect to the relevance of experience, will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered. A fresher can also apply for the post of Trainee Officer – I.

Mention below is the salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:
Trainee Officer – I
Selected candidates will get Rs. 30000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35000 for the 2nd year and Rs. 40000 for the 3rd year.
Project Officer – I
Selected candidates will get Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for 3rd year and Rs. 55000 for the 4th year
Selected candidates for the Trainee Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years and the selected candidates for the post of Project Officer – I will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.

Candidates will be selected through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5.
