BEL Recruitment 2023: Monthly Salary Upto 140000, Check Posts, Qualification and How to Apply
BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Project Officer (HR)-I and Security Officer/ E-II. As mentioned in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 07 vacancies for the given posts. As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit to apply for the post is 32 years. In accordance with the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the post of Project Officer will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 55000 and the candidates selected for the post of Security Officer will be given a monthly salary if up to Rs.140000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test followed by an interview. Eligible candidates will be called for written test which will be held in Ghaziabad. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can download the application form from the official website and send their duly filled-in application form to by post o Dy. Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad – 201010.
As mentioned in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the given below posts-
1 – Project Officer (HR)- 05 (02 for UR, 02 for OBC, 01 for EWS)
2- Security Officer/ E-I- 02 ( 01 for UR and 01 for OBC)
As given in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 32 years.
The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-
For Project Officer-
For Security Officer– The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Project Officer– Graduate Degree and Two years Full time MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt. / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. .Candidates applying for the post should possess 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC.
For Security Officer- Degree in any discipline + Should be SSC Officer in the rank of Captain or Equivalent in the Indian Army/Air Force/Navy or Central Paramilitary organisations.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written test followed by an interview. Only for those candidates who will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test. Eligible candidates will be called for written test which will be held in Ghaziabad.
As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023 notification, eligible candidates can download the application form given on the official website and send their duly filled-in application form along with all relevant documents by post superscribing ‘Application for the post of __’ to Dy. Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad – 201010. Candidates applying for Project Officer post have to pay Rs. 472 as application fee and candidates applying for Security Officer post have to pay Rs. 708 as application fee. ST/SC/PwBD and Ex-serviceman are exempted from payment of fee.
