• Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 years in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
• Must possess a valid Well Control Certificate (IWCF Level-4/IADC-L4).

For Geologist-

• Post Graduate in Geology /Applied Geology of two years duration from a Govt. recognized institute.
• Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 years as a Wellsite Geologist.

For Chemist-

• Post Graduate in Chemistry of 02 years duration from a Govt. recognized institute.
• Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 05 years in Preparation, Maintenance and Supply of Water Base Drilling Fluid (Mud) in Drilling well. Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering of four years duration from a Govt. recognized institute.
• Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 07 years in Preparation, Maintenance and Supply of Water Base Drilling Fluid (Mud) in Drilling well.

Salary for Oil India Limited Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Drilling Engineer and Geologist will get a monthly salary of Rs.80000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Chemist will get a monthly salary of Rs.100000.

Tenure for Oil India Limited Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Oil India Limited recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contractual basis and candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year but extendable by another 01 year subject to a maximum period of 02 years as per requirements.
