BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is seeking online applications from willing and qualified candidates for the post of Probationary Engineer, Probationary Officer (HR) and Probationary Accounts Officer. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, there are 232 vacancies open for the mentioned posts. Candidate should have a maximum age of 25 years to apply for the post of Probationary Engineer and Probationary Officer (HR) and a maximum age of 30 years to apply for the post of Probationary Accounts Officer. The selected candidates will get an annual CTC of up to Rs.12.5 Lakhs.
As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the place of posting will be Bangalore (Karnataka), Ghaziabad (UP), Pune (Maharashtra), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Panchkula (Haryana), Kotdwara (Uttarakhand) and Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra). A computer-based test will be used to make the decision, and an interview will follow. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:5 ratio according to their performance on the computer-based test. As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, suitable and qualified individuals must submit their online applications through the official website on or before the due date. Other application methods won’t be taken into account. The application fee is Rs.1180 (Rs.1000+ GST) and SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The candidates who are chosen for BEL Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary of Rs.40000-3%-140000 and will be given an annual CTC of Rs.12 Lakhs to 12.5 Lakhs.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be posted at Bangalore (Karnataka), Ghaziabad (UP), Pune (Maharashtra), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Panchkula (Haryana), Kotdwara (Uttarakhand) and Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra).
As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a Computer Based Test followed by an interview. Candidates from the General, OBC (NCL), EWS, and ESM categories must receive a minimum score of 35% to pass the computer-based test, while those from the SC, ST, and PwBD categories must receive a minimum score of 30%. Based on the Computer Based Test score, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:5.
Candidates have to pay Rs.1180 (Rs.1000+ GST) as an application fee for applying to BEL Recruitment 2023. The SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. Application fee once paid will not be refunded by the Company/ Bank to applicants.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and suitable candidates have to submit their application online through the official website on or before the deadline. No other mode of application will be considered.
