In the Grade Level Equivalent to Deputy General Manager (VII)
Educational Qualifications: The Candidate should have the following
First Class (reckoned at 60%) Master in Mass Communication/First Class Graduate with 02 Years’ Full-Time Diploma in Journalism.
Preferable: Additionally MBA (Human Resources)/Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.)
Post-Qualification Experience: 19 Years in the relevant Key Job Responsibility Area.
As per the BEML Recruitment 2023 notification, Selection for the Head-Corporate Communications Post shall be concluded through Viva-voce/Personal Interview. BEML Selection Committee will summon Only Shortlisted Candidates to participate in the Viva-voce/Personal Interview.
Tenure Engagement: The Tenure of Engagement will remain on a Fixed Tenure Basis Not exceeding 04 years.
The Candidate selected for the Post Head (Corporate Communications) shall be entitled to an Annual CTC Rs. 18 Lac – 24 Lac. The CTC mentioned hereinabove is Indicative, and will be fixed on the Selected Candidate’s Experience Profile Basis.
