Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting eligible, well-motivated, and desired candidates for the position of Advisor in the areas of Signalling Railway/Metro, Unmanned Warfare and Joint Military Operation. According to the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025, there are a total of three seats open for the mentioned above positions. The upper age of candidates must not exceed 62 years. Candidates applying for the post must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in the related fields (see below). Only Indian nationals can apply for the posts. The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India at any point in time.
As indicated in the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025, candidates chosen at the ED or equivalent grade will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000 and those chosen at GM or equivalent grade will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,20,000. The advisors must be senior IRSSE retired officers with 20 years of experience (or due to retire in the next 4 months) and have relevant experience in the following areas:
For Advisor (Unnamed Warfare):
The advisors must be a retired senior Defense Officer (minimum Air Commodore rank or equivalent) having a minimum experience of 20 years in the military domain with the following areas.
For Advisor (Joint Military Operation):
Advisor must be a retired senior Defense Officer (minimum Air Commodore rank or equivalent) having a minimum experience of 20 years in the military domain and a minimum of 5 years experience of working in IDS with the following areas:
Candidates chosen for the Advisor post, as per the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025 will be paid depending upon the grade of Superannuation:

The period of engagement of chosen applicants will be initially for the duration of One Year which may be extended year-on-year up to a maximum of 8 years (i.e. overall tenure of 8 years) or till the incumbent attains the age of 68 years, whichever is earlier. However, the extension of tenure for Advisors shall depend on business requirements only. The period of engagement will come to an end upon completion of the prescribed period.
