BSNL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) is hiring candidates for the Director (Human Resources) post. As per the official notification of BSNL Recruitment 2023, Director (HR) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is responsible for all matters relating to the development and effective utilization of human resources of the company and plays a key role in the formulation of human resource development policies and strategies and their implementation.
The pay scale will be between Rs. 75000 to Rs. 100000 per month. The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The last time/date of receipt of the complete application duly forwarded to PESB is by 15.00 hours on 03-03-2023.

The candidates should be a Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute.
Candidates with Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/ PGPM) from a recognized University/ Institution are desirable.
The candidates should have at least five years of cumulative experience/ exposure during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization/establishment.
As per the official recruitment notification, The pay scale will be between Rs. 75000 to Rs. 100000 per month.
