BHEL Recruitment 2022: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) is hiring eligible candidates for the post of BHEL Director (Industrial Systems and Products) who is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/she is a Business Sector Chief. He/she is responsible for marketing management of systems and products pertaining to the Industry Sector covering Captive Power, Transmission, Rail Transportation, Defence, Industrial Products and Renewable Energy segments. There is only one vacancy for the post mentioned above.
The last date/ time of the receipt of the complete application is 23rd December 2022 by 15.00 hours. Candidates must note that no application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date/ time. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated date/ time shall be rejected. Moreover, the Board reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for the interview.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)– a Maharatna Company, is the largest engineering enterprise of its kind in India. Director (Industrial Systems and Products)
Qualification:
The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/ institute.
Experience:
The applicant should have 5 years cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in marketing/production/execution of projects/concerning power & industrial (heavy engineering) products & related emerging businesses.
Pay Scale:
1. For Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE):-
a. Rs. 7250-8250 (IDA) Pre 01/01/1992
b. Rs. 9500-11500 (IDA) Post 01/01/1992
c. Rs. 20500-26500 (IDA) Post 01/01/1997
d. Rs. 51300-73000 (IDA) Post 01/01/2007
e. Rs. 120000-280000 (IDA) Post 01.01.2017
f. Rs. 18400-22400 (CDA) Pre-revised post 01.01.1996
g. Rs. 37400-67000 + GP 10000 (CDA) post 01.01.2006
h. Rs. 144200-218200 (Level 14) CDA post 01.01.2016
The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year of internal candidates, and two years for others as of the date of the vacancy.
2. a. Applicants from Central Government/ All India Services: They should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in the Government of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
2. b. Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union: They should be holding a post of the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in the Navy/ Air Force on the date of application.
2. c. Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprise Private Sector: They should be working at Board level position or t least a post of the level immediately below the Board level on the date of application.
