Bihar SSC Recruitment 2022 for 100 Vacancies: Check Posts, Eligibility and How to Apply

Bihar SSC Recruitment 2022: Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has invited Applications from Senior Candidates in reference to the Recruitment of Senior Scientist Assistants (SSAs) in the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) under the Bihar State Government. Among the Scientific Disciplined Personnel, those who meet the Post-related Experience in Multiple Subjects, hence, are Eligible for applying in respect of the BSSC Recruitment 2022 Notification for filling the Senior Scientist Assistant Posts in the Forensic Science Laboratory.

Bihar SSC Recruitment 2022 Notification has been released for the Appointment of Senior Scientist Assistants against 100 Vacancies. Bihar Staff Selection Commission notified 100 Posts including 43 Vacancies for General Merit Candidates and 16 Vacancies earmarked for Women belonging to Un-Reserved Category with 15 Vacancies overall 31 Vacancies in 100 Vacancies have been kept apart for Reserved Community Candidates.

Among the Eligible Candidates with the Post specific Eligibility, those who are willing to apply to Bihar SSC for Senior Scientist Assistants Posts may submit their respective candidacy/ies and apply as per the Instructions in the Appended Bihar SSC Recruitment Notification 2022.

How to Apply for Bihar SSC Recruitment 2022:

Bihar SSC has stipulated 24th December 2022 (24.12.2022) as the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to complete the Online Application Process with the Scanned Self-attested Testimonial Photostats related to the Academic Qualifications, Post-Qualification Service Experience Certificates and the Examination Fee.

Selection Methodology for Bihar SSC Recruitment 2022:

The Bihar Staff Selection notified Selection Process for Senior Scientist Assistant Posts involves the preparation of a Common Merit List aimed at shortlisting the Candidates having fulfilled the Minimum Eligibility Criteria for the same. Bihar SSC shall summon only Shortlisted Candidates for the Counseling Process. Bihar SSC would exercise the Selection Process as enumerated in the subsequent Part.

B) Second Class: Total Allocated 51 Marks

i) Matric: 08 Marks

ii) Intermediate Science: 10 Marks

iii) Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Technology: 15 Marks

C) Third Class: Total Allocated 42 Marks

Bihar SSC Recruitment Age Limits (As on 01.02.2022):

i) General Merit Male Candidates should be Minimum of 21 Years and a Maximum of 37 Years.

ii) UR Merit Female Candidates should have completed a Minimum of 21 Years and must not exceed (Maximum) 40 Years.

iii) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates remains as per the Bihar SSC Recruitment Advertisement 2022.

iv) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits up to 10 Years (i.e., Maximum 47 Years) for Un-Reserved Category Candidates for Personnel employed in the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL).

Educational Qualification(s): The Candidates should have in possession the Educational Qualifications as follows:

i) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the relevant Subjects from any University Duly Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)

ii) For M.Sc.B.Sc./ B.Tech. (B.Sc. in Forensic Science/ Medical/ Clinical Psychology/ Biotech/ Physics/ Biology/ Chemistry) from any of the UGC Recognized Universities or the Institute Equivalent thereof duly recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Selection Methodology: A) Post-scrutiny of the Candidates’ Applications Merit List preparation and B.1) Due Weightage Marks’ for the Academic Qualifications, 2) Experience and 3) Interview, respectively.
