BMRC Recruitment 2023: Monthly Salary up to 165000, Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details 

BMRC Recruitment 2023: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of General Manager (F&A), Additional General Manager (F&A), Deputy General Manager(F&A), Assistant General Manager(F&A), Manager(F&A) and Assistant Manager(F&A) on a contractual basis. There are a total of 14 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of BMRC recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 165000. The upper age is different for every post which is given below.

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates have to come for the interview and written test. All the details regarding the date, time and venue of the interview and written test will be intimated through registered mail. As per the official notification of BMRC recruitment 2023, the upper age is different for every post which is given below-

• For General Manager (F&A)- 55 years
• For Additional General Manager (F&A)- 50 years
• For Deputy General Manager (F&A)- 45 years
• For Assistant General Manager (F&A) and Manager (F&A)- 40 years
• For Assistant Manager (F&A)- 35 years

Remuneration for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

• For General Manager (F&A)- Rs.  1,65,000
• For Additional General Manager (F&A)- Rs.  1,50,000
• For Deputy General Manager (F&A)- Rs.  1,40,000
• For Assistant General Manager (F&A)- Rs.  85,000
• For Manager (F&A)- Rs.  75,000
• For Assistant Manager (F&A)- Rs.  50,000

Consolidated pay is only indicative as pay will be fixed as per existing policies and norms of the company. For candidates with metro rail experience, management may consider for higher consolidated pay by taking into account their last pay drawn.

Employees are also eligible for fixed Medical allowances, Group Medical & Personal Accident Insurance coverage, contribution to the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and other applicable allowances as per the rules of the Company.

Qualification for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

Graduate from a recognized university (regular full-time course) with professional qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CMA).

Experience for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

For General Manager-

• Should have total post-qualification executive service of not less than 20 years experience in handling Finance & Accounts in a Metrorail company/PSU.
• Should be presently working as Sr. AGM (F) for a period of not less than 2 years/Additional GM (F) for not less than 5 years.

For Additional General Manager-

• Should have total post-qualification executive service of not less than 17 years experience in Finance & Accounts in a Metrorail company/PSU.
• Should be presently working as Sr. AGM (F) for a period of not less than 4 years/DGM (F) for not less than 7 years.

For Deputy General Manager-

• Should have total post-qualification executive experience of not less than 15 years.
• Should be presently working as Manager (F) for net less than 6 years/ Assistant GM (F) for not less than 4 years/DGM (F) for no less than 2 years.

For Assistant General Manager-

• Should have a total post-qualification executive service of not less than 12 years.
• Should be presently working as Manager (F) for not less than 4 years.

For Manager-

• Should have total post-qualification executive service of not less than 8 years.
• Should be presently working as Assistant Manager (F) for not less than 4 years.

For Assistant Manager-

• Should have total post qualification executive service of not less than 4 years/should be presently working as senior most worker level in any metro rail/PSU company for not less than 5 years.

Selection Procedure for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates have to come for the interview and written test. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by email/SMS to appear for a written test/Personal interview or Virtual interview as and when called, at their own cost.
