BOB BCS Recruitment 2022: Check Post, Qualification and Other Details
BOB Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda is one of India’s largest Public Sector Bank invites applications from interested candidates who are ex-bankers in any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager, retired clerks, any graduates with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.). The vacancies are open for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months. There are 03 vacancies for the given post. Candidates applying for BOB recruitment 2022 will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 15000.
Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply in the prescribed format given in the official notification and send their duly filled-in application form along with educational qualifications and other relevant documents in hard copy by post superscribing “Application for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor on the contractual basis” to Bank of Baroda, Regional Office, Moradabad Region, Chirag Tower, Near Hero Showroom, Kanth Road, Moradabad, DisttMoradabad, Uttar Pradesh – 244001. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the interview.
The last date for submitting the application form for BOB recruitment 2022 is 27th December 2022. Applications received after the due date and incomplete applications will be rejected.
Business Correspondent Supervisor- 03
The supervisor is divided into 2 categories-
Category A – BC Supervisors will be allotted 30 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
Category B – BC Supervisors will be assigned 20 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
The place of posting will be Rampur, Moradabad and Badaun.
Tenure- The appointment is for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months.
Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

| Category B | Rs. 12000 | Rs. 8000 |
Candidates between the age of 21 to 45 years can apply for BOB recruitment 2022.
The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Retired Bank Employees- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
For Other Candidates- Minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc (IT)/BE(IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
Other Eligibility Criteria-
i. Due diligence along with proper verification of KYC, CIBIL Score, other inquiries, etc will be carried out at the time of appointment (Those who are having adverse records, are terminated/dismissed from past service, etc. will not be considered).
ii. Police verification will be arranged and conducted in respect of each selected applicant before the assignment of duty.
iii. Applicants should be willing and in a position to visit villages in the district for supervision and other activities as and when assigned at periodic intervals.
iv. Should have accommodation near the Regional Office/Link branch and not in any case outside the district for which selection is to be made.
