Qualification Required for BOB Recruitment 2023:

Zonal Sales Manager

Candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with having Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management in Banking/ Sales / Marketing/ Credit/ Finance will be preferred.

Regional Sales Manager

Candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with having Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management will be preferred.

Assistant Vice President

Candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with having Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management in Banking/ Sales/ Forex/ Marketing/ Credit will be preferred.

Senior Manager MSME

Candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with having Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management in Banking/ Sales/ Forex/ Marketing/ Credit will be preferred.

Manager MSME

Candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with having Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management in Banking/ Sales/ Forex/ Marketing/ Credit will be preferred.

Branch Receivables Manager

Candidates should have A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. Candidates with having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in any discipline will be preferred.

MIS Manager

Candidates should have A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. Candidates with having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in any discipline will be preferred.

Process Manager

Candidates should have A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. Candidates with having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in any discipline will be preferred.

Zonal Receivables Manager

Candidates should have A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. Candidates with having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management will be preferred.

Experience Required for BOB Recruitment 2023:

Mention below is the experience required for BOB Recruitment 2023:

Zonal Sales Manager – MSME Business

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 Years of experience In the sales of assets, preferably in the MSME Business. Candidates having leadership experience will be preferred:
(1) Team handling of more than 20 sales employees
(2) As Sales Head / Area Sales Manager etc. covering more than 2 centers

Zonal Sales Manager – MSME – CV/CME

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 Years of experience In sales of assets, preferably in Commercial Vehicles (CV) / Commercial Mining Equipment (CME) Loans. Candidates having leadership experience will be preferred:
(1) Team handling of more than 10 sales employees
(2) As Sales Head / Area Sales Manager etc. covering more than 2 centers

Regional Sales Manager (Tractor Loan)

Candidates should have Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales on the Asset side out of which exposure of at least 5 Years in Sales of Tractor Loans with banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions in India.

Assistant Vice President MSME- Sales

Candidates should have a Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales of Assets preferably in Sales of MSME Loans with banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions in India.
