Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023: Bombay High Court is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat for Public Utility Services at Nagpur and Aurangabad. As mentioned in the official notification of Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies for the mentioned position. The applicants must be a citizen of India. The person should be retired as a regular District Judge. The post of Chairman, Permanent Lok-Adalat, will be transferrable to the establishments of other Permanent Lok-Adalats in the State of Maharashtra. The candidates should have sufficient knowledge of Marathi to enable the candidates to speak, read, write and translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice-versa. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should hold a degree in Law. The monthly remuneration/ pay of the Chairman of Permanent Lok-Adalat will be equal to the amount that is received after the deduction of the amount of Pension received by the applicant from the candidate’s last drawn salary that Last drawn pay minus pension as enumerated in Government Resolution dated 20.09.2010.
