Post Name for DFES Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DFES Recruitment 2023, applications will be accepted from qualified individuals for the positions of Aapda Mitra/ Aapda Sakhi (Community Volunteers in Disaster Response) in respect of the District of North and South Goa.

Qualification for DFES Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DFES Recruitment 2023, the required essential qualification is given below-

• The candidate should be passed atleast 7th standard.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Konkani and Marathi.

Physical Standards for DFES Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notificaiton of DFES Recruitment 2023, the required minimum physical standards are mentioned below-

Male ( Aapada Mitra) Candidates-

• Height without boots or shoes – 157 cm.
• Chest (Normal)- 79 cms.
• Chest (Expanded)- 84 cms.
• Chest (Expansion)- 05 cms.
• Ability to run a distance of 100 metres with a load of approximately 50 kg. in a minute or 100 metres run in less than 13 seconds.

Female ( Aapada Mitra) Candidates-

• Height without boots or shoes – 153 cm.
• Ability to run a distance of 100 metres with a load of approximately 40 kgs. in a minute or 100 metres run in less than 15 seconds.
• The candidates shall be in Good Physical, Mental and Emotional Health (Medical Fitness Certificate Mandatory).

Age Limitation for DFES Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DFES Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s maximum age limit should be within the age group of 18 to 40 years.

Experience for DFES Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DFES Recruitment 2023, the candidates with experience in NYKS, NCC, NSS, Bharat Scout and Guides and Ex-servicemen and Medical Professionals. Prior experience of Volunteering in Disaster Response Operations will be helpful.

Selection Procedure for DFES Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DFES Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidates will be shortlisted after a brief viva-voca to determine suitability as volunteers. The selected candidates have to undergo training for 12 days duration.
