BPSC Recruitment 2023 for 61 Vacancies, Candidates can Apply Till Feb 17

BPSC Recruitment 2023: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates meeting Eligibility for Associate Professors (36 Vacancies) and Professors (25 Vacancies) in the Super-Specialty Departments of the Medical Colleges and Hospitals under the Bihar State Government.

There are 61 Vacancies to be filled up in the Super-Specialty Departments of Medical Colleges and Medical Colleges under Bihar State. The Online Application Process for those who fulfill the Eligibility Criteria specific to the Posts 01) Associate Professors and 02) Professors in the Medical commences from 20.01.2023 with the Deadline terminating on 17.02.2023.

Pay Level for BPSC Recruitment 2023:

For Associate Professors under the Super-Specialty Departments of the Medical Colleges:

Pay Level 12 (Un-Revised Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600 of 7th CPC in Pay Level 12.

For Professors under the Super-Specialty Departments of Bihar State Colleges:

Pay Level 13 (Un-Revised Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.7600 of 7th CPC in Pay Level 12.

Age Limit for BPSC Recruitment 2023:

The maximum Age Limit of the Eligible Candidates as on 01.08.2022 is 66 Years.  Those due to retire at 67 Years’ Age shall not be considered for the Selection-cum-Appointment Process.

Educational Qualification for BPSC Recruitment 2023:

The Applicant must have in possession DM/ MCH/ DNB in the concerned Medical Specialty Discipline duly recognized by the Medical Council of India/ National Medical Commission.

Selection Criteria for BPSC Recruitment 2023:

As per the BPSC Recruitment 2023 notification, the selection of the Candidates for the Associate Professor and Professor Posts shall be conducted through Interviews with Due Weightage of Marks involved.

i) General Category Candidates: Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred only) Plus Bank Charges

ii) Bihar State SC/ST: Rs.25 (Rupees Twenty-five only) Plus Bank Charges

iii) Bihar State Domicile All Un-Reserved and Reserved Women Gender: Rs.25 (Rupees Twenty-five only): Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred only) Plus Bank Charges
