The selected candidates will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 3.

Mention below is the qualification required for BSF Recruitment 2023:
Candidates applying for trades of Constable (Cobbler), Constable(Tailor), Constable(Washerman), Constable(Barber) and Constable(Sweeper) candidates should have matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board, must be proficient in their respective trade, must qualify trade test in the respective trade conducted by the recruitment board.
Candidates applying for the trades of Constable (Cook), Constable(Water Carrier) and Constable(Waiter) candidates should have Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board, National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) level-I Course in food production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or from the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
Note:- Multi-skilled candidates will be given preference. Educational certificates other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied by Government of India notifications declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric /10th class pass for service under Central Government.
