BSF Recruitment 2023: The border security Force (BSF) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the SI, HC and Constable post in groups B and C. As per the BSF Recruitment 2023 notification, there are total 127 vacancies. Candidates applying for the post of SI (master’s and Engine Driver) should have crossed the age of 22 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 28 years. Candidates applying for all other posts mentioned above should have crossed the age of 20 years and the maximum age limit for other posts is 25 years.
As per the BSF Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates will get monthly salaries on pay scale levels 3, 4 and 6. Mention below is the qualification required for BSF Recruitment 2023:
SI (Master)
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University and 2nd class master certificate issued by the Central/State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.
SI (Engine Driver)
Candidates should have 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University and 1st class engine driver certificate issued by the Central/State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.
SI (Workshop)
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized University or equivalent OR 03 years diploma in Mechanical/ Marine/Auto Mobile Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
HC(Master)
Candidates should have Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and Candidates should have Serang Certificate

As per the BSF Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates applying for the post of SI (Master and Engine Driver) should have crossed the age of 22 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 28 years. As per the BSF Recruitment 2023 notification, selected candidates for the post of SI will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400), and selected candidates for the post of HC will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100) and selected candidates for the post of constable will get monthly salary on pay scale level 3 (Rs. 21700-69100).
Candidates applying for the post of SI (Master/Engine Driver/Workshop) will have to pay Rs.200 and candidates applying for HC (Master/ Engine Driver/Workshop) & Constable (Crew) will pay Rs.100 as the examination fee.
