BTSC Recruitment 2023: The Office of In-Charge Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC), Patna has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Pharmacist Post in Bihar State Health Department by this BTSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued on 05.04.2023. As has been notified in the BTSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement there are 1539 Vacancies to be filled up in the Department of Health. Based on the BTSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, those Interested in BTSC Pharmacist Post may apply Online.
As per the BTSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Online Registration Process started on 05.04.2023. The Last Date for the Willing and Eligible Candidates to complete the Online Application Submission shall close on 04.05.2023.
As per the BSTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 1539 Vacancies to be filled up with Appointment on to the Pharmacist Posts.

Suitable Candidates selected into Pharmacist Positions shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary with the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay 2800 (and Pay Level 05 revised as per the 7th Central Pay Commission)
As per the BSTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, various Upper Age Limits are mentioned therein. However, the Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.08.2019 should be aged as hereunder:
i) General Merit Candidate: Minimum 21 Years. Maximum 37 Years.
ii) Relaxation in Community-wise Upper Age Limits are as per the Government Rules explained.
The Eligibility Criteria including Educational and Professional with Desirable Qualifications prescribed for Pharmacist Post in the BSTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement and required is as follows:
I) Educational Qualification: Passed out Intermediate/10+2 in Science
II) Professional Qualification: 03-Years’ Diploma in Pharmacy Pass with Corresponding Certificate from the Government Recognized Institute.
III) Mandatory/Compulsory: The Candidate must be registered with Bihar Pharmacy Council
Selection on BSTC Pharmacist Posts shall be conducted by Counseling. Selection for Pharmacist Post shall be conducted on basis of the Due Weightage Marks. The Selection Process has been assigned Maximum 100 Marks with the Weightage explained hereunder:
I) Intermediate/10+2 Marks Obtained: 30 Marks
II) D.Pharm Examination Qualified Marks: 25 Marks
iii) Higher Education/Qualification: 20 Marks
(Note: Bachelor of Pharmacy: 10 Marks/Master of Pharmacy: 10 Marks)
iv) Working Experience in Bihar State Government Hospital: 25 Marks
(Note: 05 Marks for each Successful Year completed)
The BSTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification makes it necessary for the Candidates to pay the Application Fee Amount Online as explained hereunder:
A) General/Un-Reserved Category Candidate: Rs.200 (Rupees Two Hundred) only
B) EWS/EBC/OBC Candidates: Rs.200 (Rupees Two Hundred) only
C) SCs/STs (Bihar State Permanent Resident): Rs.50 (Rupees Fifty) only
D) Reserved/Un-Reserved Category Women (Bihar State Permanent Resident): Rs.50 (Rupees Fifty) only
E) All Category Candidate: Rs.200 (Rupees Two Hundred) only
