Director (HRD)-

For Direct Recruitment-

• The candidates must have  02 years of Full-Time MBA with a specialization in HR/personnel management.
• Qualification in law will be an added advantage

For transfer (absorption) or deputation-

In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous posts regularly OR
• The applicants should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix.

Joint Director-

For Direct Recruitment-

• The applicants should have First Class B.E./B. Tech in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain/ MCA or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline and 11 years experience. OR
• Post Graduate in Engineering/Technology in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain with 09 years experience OR
• First Class Post Graduate Degree in Comp. Sc./ IT or in relevant discipline with 11 years of experience. OR
• Ph.D. in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain with 08 years relevant experience.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation:
In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous posts regularly OR
• The candidate should have 4 years of regular service in the Pay Level-12 of the Pay Matrix.

Manager (Admin.)-

For Direct Recruitment-

• The candidates must have 02 years of Full-Time MBA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation-
In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous posts regularly OR
• The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-11 of the Pay Matrix. 

Senior Admin Officer-

For Direct Recruitment-

• Candidate should have  02 years of Full-Time MBA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation-
In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous posts regularly OR
• The candidate should have 04 years of regular service in the Pay Level- 10 of the Pay Matrix. 

Finance Officer-

For Director Recruitment-

• Candidate should have a C.A. OR
• Candidate should have 02  years of Full-Time MBA in Finance/ CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation-
In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous posts regularly OR
• The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level- 7 / 8 / 9 of the Pay Matrix. 

Experience for C-DAC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of C-DAC Recruitment 2023, the required experiences of the candidates is given below:

For Director (HRD)-

• The applicants must have at least 22 years of relevant experience.

For Joint Director-

• For B.E./B. Tech. / MCA or equivalent degree – 11 years
• For Post Graduate in Engineering/Technology – 9 years
• For First Class Post Graduate Degree – 11 years
• For Ph.D. – 8 years

For Manager (Admin.)-

• The applicants should have at least 12 years of working experience.

For Senior Admin Officer-

• Candidate should have at least 07 years of working experience.

For Finance Officer-

• For CA – Nil experience required For 02 years Full-time MBA in Finance /CS /ICWA or equivalent – 3 years. 

Place of Posting for C-DAC Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale for C-DAC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of C-DAC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the mentioned position will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.131100.
